Internal Management of the ETH Foundation endowment

The pdf file Download ETH_Management_Foundation_Aug07 (PDF, 1.4 MB) contains a series of slides I prepared for the Schulleitung of ETH Zurich to present my view on the importance of an internal Management structure of the growing ETH Foundation endowment. Not only does it serve better the internal goals and contraints, this initiative would ensure a stronger support from the donors, as demonstrated by the numerous examples of US and UK universities.
